How to Use Pre-Seed Fertility Friendly Lubricant
Before You Begin
Please note that a box of Pre-Seed includes a tube of lubricant without an applicator. We recommend you use an applicator when using lubricants; you can shop a lubricant applicator here.
You can use Pre-Seed in two ways:

Internally (recommended for TTC) — using the applicator
Externally — like a typical lubricant during intimacy
Wash Your Hands
Always start with clean hands to avoid introducing any bacteria during application.
Load the Applicator

Take one sterile applicator from the package.
Screw it onto the Pre-Seed tube and gently squeeze about 1g to 3g of lubricant into the applicator barrel (start with less and adjust as needed).
Remove the applicator from the tube and place the cap back on.
💡 Tip: You can pre-fill and set aside the applicator discreetly before intimacy if preferred.
Insert the Lubricant

While sitting, lying down, or standing with one leg raised, gently insert the applicator tip into the vaginal canal.
Slowly press the plunger to release the lubricant.
Remove and dispose of the applicator — single-use only.
🕒 For best results, insert the lubricant about 15 minutes before intercourse or insemination to allow it to spread naturally.
Use as External Lubricant (Optional)
