South Africa's national infertility support and advocacy body. IFAASA runs peer support groups (in person and online), shares information, and explicitly welcomes everyone regardless of marital status, gender or sexual orientation. The closest thing to a national fertility support network in the country, and the first place we'd point anyone who wants to feel less alone.
