How this list works: we've personally vetted or been recommended each of these by our community. Inclusion isn't paid. Always do your own checks before committing to any provider. If you have a great experience (or a poor one), tell us, it helps us keep the list honest.
A note on choosing a clinic: in South Africa, look for clinics accredited by SASREG (the Southern African Society of Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecological Endoscopy). It's the closest thing to a quality marker in local fertility care, and most reputable clinics list their SASREG membership openly.

Infertility community & TTC peer support

South Africa's national infertility support and advocacy body. IFAASA runs peer support groups (in person and online), shares information, and explicitly welcomes everyone regardless of marital status, gender or sexual orientation. The closest thing to a national fertility support network in the country, and the first place we'd point anyone who wants to feel less alone.
